Belfast International Airport has welcomed the news from easyJet that it’s to add two routes to its expanding list of destinations from Northern Ireland.
The airline is to add sun and ski destinations – a winter service to Lyon and a twice-weekly service to Arrecife in Lanzarote.
Ali Gayward of easyJet said: “We are pleased to announce these two new routes. Their addition underlines our commitment to the Northern Ireland market.”
Graham Keddie, Managing Directing, Belfast International Airport, added his congratulations, saying: “Once again we are delighted to welcome easyJet developing and diversifying their route network from Belfast International. We have latterly seen the addition of Jersey, Bordeaux, Reykjavik and Split to their Northern Ireland route portfolio and are certain that Lyon and Lanzarote will prove to be equally popular choices for Northern Ireland customers.
“We continue to work closely with easyJet towards realising even more exciting developments for Belfast in the future.”
